I feel fantastic, look the best I have in years and have the energy and drive to chase my dreams.

Now -I want to share everything I know about healthy eating with you - All the tips, tricks and tools that I have picked up over many, many years of healthy, clean eating.

I want to help as many people as possible be their healthiest, happiest most vibrant self too.

Certified in Plant Based Nutrition through Cornell University and with a Masters degree in Psychology to boot, I am ideally suited to support you on your path to a new healthier lifestyle.
