You will have lifetime access to the program and will be able to review it at any time after the program starts.

+ Will I need any special equipment?

You don't need any special equipment to follow the Boot Camp program but a blender is recommended to make the program as easy as possible.

+ How is this program different to a diet?

The 21 Day Plant Based Boot Camp is a step by step plan to help you embrace a healthy, plant-strong way of eating that is delciious and satisfying. It helps you establish a healthy lifestyle for the long term, rather than a diet for the short term.

+ Will it be expensive to buy food?

Your grocery bill shouldn't change, it might even go down. Although you are definitely going to be buying a lot more fruits and vegetables, you will be making savings on all the meat and other animal products you won't be buying any more.

+ I'm so busy. Will I be able to do this program?

Absolutely. This program was made for you as it was designed specifically with the busy person in mind. The Boot Camp program aims to help make eating healthy as simple and quick and easy as possible. The meal plans and prep tips will help to change the way you approach food.

+ Will I need to know how to cook to do the program?

Although you certainly don't need to be a master chef to do the program, you will need to cook, or have somebody who can cook for you. Food cooked at home is generally the healthiest. There are definitely options though for those times that you need or want to eat out.

+ I have a medical condition. Can I still do the Boot Camp?

I would love for you to be part of this program as it is such a healthy way of eating. But as I am not a doctor or nutritionist it would be best to consult with your healthcare provider before you decide to embark on this program and begin to make changes to the way you eat.
